Federal Divorce Laws

My son was divorced in Illinois, he has had to relocate back to Ohio. He is paying child support. Is it a federal Law that mandates him to supply his ex-wife with his place of employment? She calls his work and harasses him and/or causes problems at work.

Ohio law mandates that he provide her with one phone number, nothing more. He must provide CSEA with his employer information.
