Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i been fighting costudy for my kids for the last 3 years,we hired a kids`lawyer he told the judge the kids are better with me than her,judge said bring the case back when you move to the same school district,then we`ll see, last week my 3 kids where home alone mother when to work no babysitter on side police came,made report and ask mother in law to take kids to school,at school the babysitter show making big scene school called dcfs,case open with dcfs,her family is on my side,to much abuse and neglect by her for the kids,they are willing to go to court with me,now what are my chances on getting my kids without moving or getting a emergency court?
kids want to live with me ages are (10,8,6) babysitter have 4 kids of her own 2 of them tried to kill them self (they are going to mental inst) 3 kid is bulling my kids and hiting them,she is divorce as well and no job,ex is becoming addictive to alcohol (4 to 5 beer a day or more) big concern from me and her family hard time to talk to kids when she has them(over the phone) anything i can do to speed up this?
