Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If I file for child support and my ex does not have a job, is there a minimum amount he has to pay? He is a felon, no car, drivers license, or permanent address. From what I've been told he works for cash under the table no taxes.

Nothing in the divorce law - but a judge will not believe he is not earning something and may order a minimal amount anywhere from $50 to $200 per month
