if i file for a divorse without an attorney now and pay the fee to the courts and later seek an attorney does that payment to the court stay the same?

If you have paid the requisite filing fee, it does not change if you later hire an attorney. If you obtained a fee waiver and later hired an attorney, in theory a judge might inquire and later order to you to pay the filing fee.

Yes. However, if your original Petition needs to be amended, there will be more legal fees involved as the attorney will have to file an amended Petition.
