Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I just filed for a divorce and I am married to a attorney who isn't a divorce attorney but wants to represent himself. I hired a divorce attorney. My husband called my attorney asking if the 3 of us could meet to discuss everything and my attorney told him that he has to file an appearance. My husband blew up and said that he was be unethical??? Is he? Not sure the importance of this and why my husband was so mad?

Your attorney is trying to protect you and himself from your husband's manipulations. Your husband knows he has to file an appearance if he wants to be treated as an attorney in the case. He is angry because your attorney isn't going to play his game.
