Can I still filed a motion if my divorce case returned to the division of origin?

My case was transferred from suburb to Daley Center during the divorce. My divorce was concluded in 2011. Can I file a motion at Daley Center on the post-decree issue if my case returned back to suburbs, thanks in advance for your answer!!!
