how do you draft the written answer to an appearance form in Cook County,IL?

You questions is a bit confusing. An "Appearance is just usually a court form that you can find on the Clerk's website or even at the Clerk's office. Briefly, an "Answer" is a pleading that answers the Complaint or original petition. You will need to either admit/deny each and every allegation and will need to lay out your affirmative defenses, if any. Any allegation not denied will deemed to be admitted. Good luck! Very carefully. You need to have an attorney do it for you, even if you don't hire an attorney. A bad answer will prevent you from presenting your case.
