Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

We are filing for divorce and my wife is putting my kids through mental hell. We rent the house. The kids want her to leave because she stays at her boyfriends most of the time anyway and they feel neglected. Can I have her legally removed?

First thing you need to do is decide who is in charge in your family. Secondly, you need to hire an attorney to represent you in your divorce. Thirdly, you need to decide who gets stuck with the kids. . . Sounds like you'd all be better off if both parents left the house to kids.
