How should i go about filing for full custody of my daughter so that her father cant get any rights to her?

Under most circumstances, there isn't anything you can do to prevent the father from having rights to his daughter. Parent's have equal rights to participate in the lives of their children. Full custody does not terminate the other parent's rights. It takes a very extreme set of circumstances to prevent a parent from seeing his child.
