finalized divorce

i was divorced in sept of 05 and i was granted half of my ex husbands 401k well the thing is he cashed it out and i haven't seen a dollar of it i was also told i am to get interest as well how do i go about it? also i started asking for child support in january of 03 and didnt start getting anything until sept of 05 at the divorce the judge went back to when he started working at this new company in may and i got 20.00 dollars a week until the back child support was paid off but now i try to ask child support for the retro active child support and they say there is nothing they can do the divorce judge should of handled that but i was told by child support once he got a job they would get all of that back child support from him but now they are going back on there word i only recieve 128.00 per week for 3 children and they won't modify until three years but i know he is making more money his mother told me can you please help i don't have much money and i have tried everything that i can i don't know how to represent myself do you having any suggestions

Hello. Your case appears to be

quite complicated and I strongly suggests that you hire a lawyer to help you. Either way, you are going to have to take your ex back to court.

Which ever terms of the divoce your ex violated, he can be punished by the court. Will be happy to discuss
