Financial Disclosure Requirement

The divorce settlement states both parties are to inform of significant changes in income and provide financial disclosre. Neither party complied. what is the best way for father who pays support to correct this without penalty? mother who receives support reenetered the workforce and re-married and enever gave an updated financial disclosure either.

Be careful. If yo income has increase, you may be liable to pay more support.

I would need to understand what it is that you are trying to achieve. If you want to establish that your ex-spouse is now making more (or less) then a motion to the court to force the other party to provide updated financials. It is unlikely that there will be penalties invovled. I would need to know more to be certain of course.
