Financial legal rights concerning ex-spouse
We received a notice from a collection agency that my husband owes for a medical debt incurred in 2001 [for his son we presume] we never got a bill apparently the ex is getting the bills but not forwarding is their any recourse as what she is doing is ruining his credit and it is not the only time this has happened thank you for any response

You might be able to file a motion and try to get the Court to order the ex to foward all docs, but more info is needed. You also need to read the orginal court order and see what her or his requirements are
