Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have financially supported my grandchildren for over 9 years. They live with me and their mother ( my daughter ). Their father refuses to offer financial assistance. Can.I sue him for child suport?

Only if oyu are their guardian. If you are just acting as grandparent, it is up to your daughter to pursue support.
