need to find agood pro bono attorney
i want to get my visitation and possibly custody of my 14 yr old son i have not had any visitation with him since he was 7 yrs old and before that i only got to see him 3 times in his life my question is.is he old enough to have the say on rather he wants to come live with me or stay where he is ??? and how do i get the ball rolling on getting another attorney?

At 14 the child is certainly old enough to have a say in where he lives. If you have not seen your son for that long of time, you can certainly correct that. I presume you have an attorney now, and are looking to change. That is an easy process that would be handled by the new attorney (I just took over a case for someone else this morning). In your subject header, you say you are looking for a free attorney. I am not sure where, other than come of the legal clinics for very poor people, you will find an attorney that will work for free. Any decent attorney has overhead and employees that like to get paid. But in any event, I do think you need to pursue establishing a relationship with your son.
