How can I find an income of my son's father in order to get higher child support.He was suppose to pay 20% of his income and the last W-2 form I saw was from 2006?

Does your judgment require him to provide you with a copy of return on a yearly basis? Many do. If it does, demand a copy, in writing. The longer you wait to file a motion to modify child support, the less he will owe you. Relief is only retroactive to the date of filing of the motion.
