Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

can't find my wife

i was married 12 years ago.my wife split for a stockbroker after 2 months.since then she moved away and i can't find her.she cheated on me several times, and i believe that she remarried without obtaining a divorce.i can't file an uncontested divorce without both parties signing a petition.

her parents are uncooperative as far as locating her.

i really would like to dissolve this ugly situation so that i may go on with my life

If you can't find her, then you cannot file an uncontested divorce and must file as anybody else normally would.
