Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am a flight attendant and I am trying to find out how the amount of my child support payment will be determined. My monthly income varies according to if I am able to pick up additional trips (which is not a guarantee)

Generally, we look at your last years gross income and assume that it will be close to that. If you see a big deviation, you can always go back to court and change it.
