Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I found out my husband has married another woman in az. we are not divorced. we separated in april 2012 so he could clean up his life this took him over 2 years he called the other day asked if I would take him back, I said no. now he wants me to move out of the home we own together. he wants to move in with the other woman. I want to divorce him and keep my home can I do this? thank you, Ruth

Bigamy is grounds for a divorce. However fault technically is not relevant to the division of marital property. You have not provided enough information regarding the home. Is there any equity? Are you paying the mortgage and are you current? What, besides his ego, makes him think you should have to move out?
