my friend file a divorce and after almost 2 years
the case was dropped due to financial hardship
on the part of the husband. Now , what are the rights of the woman since she did not signed the divorce papers?

If it has been truly dropped, it is as if it never was started in the first place. All of the orders no longer have any effect. Her rights are he same as before the case was filed.
