Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my friend recently got served with an order of protection from his ex wife. on one of the pages, it lists an "attorney representing the petioner", and then on the last line, is says "ARDC: pro se" what does that mean? does that mean she actually doesnt have an attorney represnting her??

Without seeing the document, I would say yes, she is representing herself.
