Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My friend's parents are currently going through what it seems to be a hard divorce. She has visitation with her father who she "hates" because he is not nice and cheated on her mother for three years. Can you give me any legal ways she can get out of visitation besides the father not paying child support. I would really like to help her.

No. It would be grossly inappropriate, and frankly illegal, for you to attempt to relay legal advice to your friend. Depending on various factors she may be entitled to have her own "attorney" appointed, however, called a GAL or guardian ad litem. The best you can do for your friend is to tell her if she's that unhappy she needs to seek professional advice: lawyer, counselor, whatever.
