If I have full custody of my kids, can I move out of state?

Sorry too early in the morning. The law defines moving out of state as removal. Both the Dissolution Act and the Parentage Act require an order of court to remove children under their jurisdiction from the state. Merely wanting to move is not a legally sufficient reason, You must have a legally sufficient reason to want to move. If you move, and Dad comes into to court within a short period of time after you have left, the court can order that the kids be returned.. .
