my ex girlfriend had our daughter but while pregnant got married and her husband signed the birth certificate and is moving to California in a week, do I still have any rights?

Absolutely, but it may take some time and you definitely will need an experienced attorney. You must take your ex-girlfriend to court to sue both for visitation time as well as requesting the court to order a paternity test of the child (and yourself, naturally). Once that test proves your paternity, then you can move to have the court establish an appropriate visitation schedule.
