My ex girlfriend decied to what ten years to find out who the father of her son was and it was me she then decied to send him to me when he turned 16 after she had allready filled for child support so i need to know how i can get it droped she lives in calfornia and i live in ill

You left out too many relevant facts like who is the child living with now? Which State is seeking past due support from you? Whether your name was on the birth certificate or not? Whether you have been providing support for the child prior to this or not? and, the list goes on. I suggest you resubmit your question and fill in some of the blanks.
