Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My ex girlfriend filed an order of protection based soley upon my diagnosis with PTSD and depression from a school psychologist. She is using my military backround to hurt me. If I go to the Veterans Affair and ask for a psychological examination, can these findings disprove those as listed above?

Your mental records are privileged. It is your actions what would justify an order of protection. If you have done nothing, then your diagnosis is irrelevant. If you introduce your diagnosis you open up all of your records to examination.
