my ex girlfriend found out that her son was mine after 15 years field child support then sent him to live with me when he was getting ready to trun 16 i now owe back child support how can i get it drpoed my last name is not even on birth certificet and he lives with me know in ill she is in california and i am in ill

If you are his Dad, a court has the discretion to order support back to the birth date. But the burden is hard. If she knew where you lived argue she should have filed years ago. It is not going to get dropped. the money may well be going to the state and not her.
