Do I have to give my soon to be exhusband half of the price of our fully paid house if I am living in it and he lives somewhere else?

Maybe, and maybe not. If you have no attorney helping you put together a marital settlement agreement with your soon-to-be-ex, then a court may step in to help you find one. You need an attorney. Where you two live at this point may be totally irrelevant.
