Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
If I give you a list of my medical conditions, the symptoms I have, the medications I am on, the side affects of those medications, and my kids' ages, would you be able to tell me if I have a chance of getting my custodial rights back and if I should even pursue it in court? My custodial rights were taken away in 2006, when my kids were 4 and 7. Time has passed and I want to get my rights back and need guidance to know whether I should even try.

This is an important issue. I suggest that you bring the last custodial order and everything that you have listed to a consultation with an attorney in person. If you have a transcript from the hearing, you should also bring that with you.
