im gonna be 17 and i wanna move out cuz my dad mentally abuses me and puts me down and i need a lawyer willing to accept payment in time i only make 150 a month my grandma i wanna live with shed help pay a grand a month

You and your grandma should check with the nearest bar association for a lawyer referral. I don't know if Putnam County has one (Magnolia's in Putnam) of if you have to go to Peoria... Grandma can help. Once you reach 16 you can ask a court to be emancipated which would mean you are on your own...
