Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Good afternoon.
My husband and I have a 4-5 mil estate, 24 yr marriage, we have been divorcing for over 2 yrs, now my attorney will withdraw because the judge didn't rule in our favor and he says he needs money to finish the divorce. I am currently disabled, drawing SSD, and am totally lost, can anyone help me?

I am somewhat confused. You have a 4-5 million dollar estate and cannot afford an attorney? In cases where I represent a spouse who does not have access to the marital funds for her legal fees, I petition the court to force the other spouse to pay my legal fees.
