as a grandmother, can I file an OP against my dauhgters boyfriend for child endangerment for drugs/paraphanelia found in my daughters apartment where she and my grandaughter live?

You lack standing. Your daughter can do something, but oyu can not - you do not have custody of either your daughter or your granddaughter
