What are the grandparents rights to see their grandchild? What exactly happens if they want to take you to court?

Grandparent's right to visitation is severely limited. they would have to file a Petition seeking visitation, serve the parents with appropriate notice of the presentation of the Petition and eventually prove to the Court why they should have visitation, even if the parents do not want it. At this point it is a very difficult road to go down.
