Grandparents Rights
Is there a law that grandparents has a right to see their grandchildren.--

No, but grandparent rights may be considered depending on the circumstances and whether the visitation of the child with the grandparents is in the best interests of the child. Such rights are usually asserted through the parents in the dissolution process.
