grandparents rights

tired of the mom changing plans whenever it suits her and the one day a week we get the granddaughter the plans change because she wants to do something

Is there a formal Court Order granting you visitation? If there is such an Order, then you can go to court and have the specific pick-up and drop-off plans put into a custody plan.

If there is no Order, then you may try to get one, but it is difficult for grandparents to win visitation in Court.
