Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Grandson & girlfriend have a 10 month baby & no longer live together. She is threatening to move to Oklahoma with the baby. The way I understand the Fathers Rights Law in Illinois, she has to provide him with equal visitation rights. By the way, she is already pregnant with twins by someone else.
