guardianship

I would like to know how to get leagal guardianship for my fiance son. His mother is dead, and just in case something happens to his father what should we do. We have 2 other children together.

well, depending on your situation, you have to look at guardianship or adoption. I handle quite a few adoptions in which the significant other/spouse adopts the biological child of the other significant other/spouse. That way, the child now has two parents again, and if one dies the other parent still has legal standing over the child.
