What can happen if someone ignores a motion to produce a minor child at a hearing?

Judges generally do not want to see children at a court hearing so unless there was a court order to produce the child, nothing is likely to happen to the parent who refused to bring the child to court. In fact, the parent who demanded that child be present is probably in for a chewing out from the court. Tread lightly.
