what happend when my son's father is working with a different name and i want to get child support from him?

The problem is one of proof. How are you going to be able to prove to a court that he is doing what you say he is doing. Is his employer going to admit it if he were subpoenaed to testify? Without being able to prove what you believe is true is true you will not be able to recover any support based upon that employment.
