I hav sole custodial rights

I have a parental coop agrrement that says I must inform him of issues, he has set visitations and I also have a modif. in for visitations to be changed to only a couple hrs, no overnight. He showed up with his girlfriend to her preschool, what can I do to keep this from happening again?

Check out your parenting agreement. You may have to mediate before you can do anything else. Eventually you may have to get a court order.

If he was going to the school for a legitimate reason, a court will see it as in the best interest of the child (i.e. child's sick). If he is restrained from going to her school, he is violating a court order. If he is not allowed as part of the agreement to see her outside of set times, he is violating the divorce decree. If you are upset that he brought a girlfriend, there is not much you can do about that.
