Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

What heading do I use to respond to the following

What heading do I use to respond to a ''Motion To Terminate Temporary Guardianship and Motion for Hearing''? I have filed papers for the permanent guardianship hearing. How do I respond in order to set aside the previously mentioned motion filed by the Respondent?

Re: What heading do I use to respond to the following

If you respond at all to the motion in writing, you should prepare a "Response to Motion for Termination of Temporary Guardianship", setting forth your reasons for opposing the motion. Presumably, there will be a hearing on the motion at which you may argue against the motion. Since you have petitioned for appointment of a permanent guardian, it may not be necessary to hear the motion regarding termination of the temp. guardian.
