health insurance
i'm a man that carrying health insurance for 4 kids. whenever there's a balance above what the insurance pays, shouldn't it be paid 50-50(i pay 50%, mother pays 50%)? or should the mother pay above what the insurance pays? should this apply to all medical issues(eye doctor/glasses, surgeries, etc)

It depends on what was agreed to in the martial settlement agreement, or whatever document the court relied upon when entering the order dealing with medical care.
