Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

hello...i am in the process of finding the man i think is my biological father. unfortunately i don't think he really knows about me, nor do i think he would be receptive to the idea that i may be his child. i don't have any legal issue related to his paternity, i just want to know for sure if he is my father. and so my question is can i legally force him to take a paternity test even if he is unwilling?
