Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

HEPA violation?
I am going through a divorce and prior to it my to it my ex-wife, wife at the time started filing Orders Of Protection. She claimed that I made several suicide attemps and that she had my military medical records to prove it. She stated that in 2 of her 4 non sucessful Orders that she filed. She also stated in here witness list where she listed one of our county health dept phychatrists / theripists as one of her witnesses that she was going to call since she had already discused my records with her and that she could explain them to the court. We have been divorced for nearly a year but we are just now getting to custody and property. She claimed that my records were stolen out of my truck 2 years ago. She either has them or has copies of them. Not to mention no where does it state that I ever attpemted suicide. What all violations has she commited or those that she claims discussed them with her with out my consent or knowledge. We are still in court. Thank You.

This sounds like no problem since there is nothing in the reports.
