Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I came home my 2 daughters 13 and 15 are all our horse goats tv . My wife relocated them in Tenn. She has no order from the court or my permission. She took all marital property and non marital property. Has she broken any laws and can I get my children back?

If there is no case then there is n o barrier from her leaving the state. You need to file a case immediately. After 6 months IL courts will cede jurisdiction over the children to TN.
