Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i am homeless living in a shelter and 7 months pregnant. and dcfs took my 14 month old daugther. im going to court now, but in 1 month i have to leave the shelter, my time is up there. i do have a place to stay, but it is in missouri. can i move and have my case transferd.

Your case? If I understand your question correctly, if you move to Missouri that is no guaranty that your daughter will be relocated to a foster family, group home or other facility there; it is very complicated and usually requires the state you're moving to to accept the case. There's a good chance your daughter would wind up staying here while you're there. The best thing, of course, would be for you to regain custody of your daughter and then move if you have to. Otherwise I can understand how the choice you face would be extremely difficult.
