House Paid Off
I had my house paid off before I got married. We move and my wife's name is now on the title. Will she get half of the increase in the original value of the original house or will I get half of the whole thing?

You didn't say how long you were married, but the short answer is: she gets 1/2 of everything since you have no pre-nuptuial agreement (I'm assuming).
