Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

my husband is active duty military and come june 2011 he plans to devorice me we have been married since april 5 2008 and weve togather a total of 8 years.i do not work and have no income other then the money i get from him as separation pay witch will end come june 2011 we have been separated since june 2010 and i have no idea what im intittled to as a soon to be ex spouse .
