Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My husband is having affair, he moved out in June, we are not legally seperated nor have we filed for divorce. In the State of Illinois am I legally able to date during this time? we have a 14 year old daughter who lives with me.

There is nothing that bars you from dating. But be careful to define what you mean by dating. Do not bring the new friend home for the night
