Can He Do This???

My husband has agreed to everything (child support, custody, etc.). Although, if I see a particular person and that person becomes involved in my life, he wants to have it documented that I give up my children. Can he do that? I have been losing sleep over this matter. Please help!! Thank you for your time with this matter.

He can't force you to do anything you do not want to do.

He cannot take away custody unless there is a dangerous situation for the children (ie drugs alcohol, abuse etc)

However, if you agree to this provision in the settlement, he might be able to.

Do not agree to this provision in the terms of the settlement.
