my ex husband is back in jail on drug charges. we have joint custody. hes looking at 15 years min.can i move out of state w/o violating our divorce agreement concerning visitations? if not, what must i do while hes in jail to be able to move and better the life for my children and myself?

You can not move without a court order or his agreement. Why don't you seek to terminate joint custody while you are seeking removal. You need to file a motion seeking to modify the custody to you solely and to remove, giving the court the reasons why you want to move and you have to serve your ex with that motion.
